A daughter Margaret was born to them 13 Sep 1834 at Sth Lieth who later married William Morrison in 1862 South Lieth. Margaret and William were Great Grandparents to Gregg Morrison.

This Margaret first married Alexander Lundie a Compositor in Leith Sc. on 6 Jun 1857 who died 1860. Margaret married William Morrison in 1862 and was Great Grandmother to Gregg Morrison(Aust). She was a poet of some reknown and a short biography of her appeared in the Third Series of Modern Scottish Poets - Published 1881, in which Margaret claimed to have been 'orphaned at a very young age'.
